Visit to city of Tripura Sundari.

Day before yesterday I went to the city of famous Mahi river ,from which the state of Gujrat derives water for its life ,Banswara.Though the name seems quiet odd ,then too the the place is incredibly adorable. The famous spots of the city made me lose myself in them.

First of all I paid my visit to the famous temple of Tripura Sundari, 20kms from the city. The great entrance was so magnificent that I couldn't restrict myself from entering the temple. Then came a lot of steps , after climbing some of them I could see the view of a park made for recreation of the children. On reaching the main door of the temple, we were asked to wash our hand and feet in order to purify ourselves. The entrance was guarded by well equipped guards, and then we came across the Hawan Kund of the temple, where a hawan (a ritual in India)was going on.Then we entered into the garbh-griha of the temple, where I was completely lost into the purified air and smell of devotion. The statue of Maa Tripura Sundari, was an idol carved out of black stone and was decorated so beautifully that I was lost in the melody of the temple's bells. We offered the prasad,to the goddess and then took the leave, though I was not appreciating the early departure. Also the kirti stambh and the variety of flora made me flow in the breeze. The large area of the temple campus touched me deeply. The way too, was surrounded with lush green variety of flora.
The next day we went to the Mahi dam, 16 kms from the city. The water was filled in the dam and was a great view. The place was so beautiful that I could not find the words yet to describe it. It was simply marvellous.
I also made many friends and out of all of them ,three moved very close to my heart.I could not know what impression they formed of me but then too I liked all of them.I can never forget my friends as well as the visit to the city of Maa Tripura Sundari.
