- Make Sure you love and dersire your goals truely.Don't try to aleave a certain habit unless and untill you feel that it is bad......Think deeply .and .......................'Listen to Your Heart.'
- Make the goals that are acceptable by your mind.If you believe taht you can achieve your goal ,your mind will reluctantly pull you to achieve it.
- Prioritize your goals. For example, You want to propse your crush and in the same year you also want to achieve good marks in your "EXAMS".Then fix the rority of achieveing good marks and then proposing him/her.
- Make gradual changes .Its not that you take a resolution in first of January, and wake up on second as a new person.Expect that those habits will become a part of your life some day.And don't let this feeling discourage you.
- Don't be discouraged by setbacks.Life is full of setbacks and that doesn't mean to end your efforts.When you experience a blow,stand up ,shake it off, forgive yourself to be human and get back on the track.
- Learn to forgive yourself.Its a good idea to maintain the previous resolution too if not achieved.
- And at the end of the day it gives tremendous satisfactionwhen we achieve something we were yearning for.There is always a sense of pride in it.
